Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or processed.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, parts, and packaging materials, if applicable

For cleaning tools, storage boxes, and household products, items that have been used, damaged by the customer, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Customers will not be charged any restocking fee for returning an eligible product.

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos. After verification, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return.

We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, we may arrange a replacement, reshipment, refund, or another appropriate solution.
