Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before an order has been shipped or entered production.

Orders cancelled before shipment or production will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Be returned in the original packaging.

Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Please do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once for each order (including returns).

No restocking fees will be charged for any approved return.
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received.
After the inspection is completed, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. Please note that the exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the estimated processing period:

Return Address
The return address will be provided by our Customer Support team after your return request has been approved.
Please do not return any products without contacting Customer Support first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may delay the refund process.
